Product Manager

The Product Manager - Electronics Sector will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
- Develop local strategy based on market knowledge (GFK, open sources), local shoppers and customers needs and local consumer insights
- In-depth analysis of market studies, trends, competition
- Define local product assortment based on strategic goals and competition
- Define together with Marketing Director an action plan and communication plan to reach strategic objectives
- Ongoing analysis of sales,margin, performance, post-campaign analysis, customers sell-out,etc
- Prepare detailed budget / forecasts with Financial and Forecasting teams
- Present the category and product vision to our customers
- Work in close cooperation with Sales team to really understand customers' needs and opportunities and drive business development.
- Coaching of one member of the team
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing in FMCG or household appliances
- Previous experience in sales, category management is a plus
- Language: Fluent in French & English, Dutch is a big plus
- Strategic vision, used to complex and moving environment, Leadership
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work transversely
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Experience in managing a P&L
- Ability to manage and lead a team
