En tant qu' expert methodology & Guilds , vous veillez sur « l'operating model » global de l'informatique, pour ainsi dire.
Vous gérez la méthodologie end-to-end , de l'idée business à la maintenance, à travers laquelle le département du CIO (Information Office) réalise des initiatives. Cela inclut également nos processus informatiques, que vous gérez et améliorez si nécessaire.
Vous participez à des projets d'amélioration visant à améliorer certaines parties du SDLC et, surtout, à en maintenir la cohérence globale.
Enfin, vous êtes la personne qui facilite et gère toutes les ' guilds '. Vous créez une image des compétences présentes et des différences éventuelles avec les compétences prédéterminées. Grâce à ce fonctionnement en 'guild', nous obtenons les compétences nécessaires au sein du département du CIO.
Vous avez un master en informatique ou une expérience équivalente. La connaissance de SDLC, ITIL... est un atout
Vous vous intéressez à l'IT operating model et à la manière dont les processus doivent être mis en place pour soutenir à la fois le business et l'IT.
Travailler de manière indépendante ne vous déplaît pas. Vous regardez tout de manière constructive et critique et envisagez la situation dans son ensemble. Grâce à vos capacités de communication, vous êtes également convaincant.
Vous parlez le néerlandais et le français et avez de bonnes bases en anglais.
