Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing affiliates, maximizing performance and profitability.
  • Negotiate and manage deals, promotions, and incentives to optimize affiliate partnerships.
  • Identify key affiliates in the Benelux and Spanish markets and work closely with them to strengthen relationships and boost revenue.
  • Develop and implement targeted affiliate marketing promotions and strategies specific to the Benelux and Spanish markets.
  • Assess and restructure existing deals to ensure they are commercially viable and efficient.
  • Organize and attend affiliate events and meetings to solidify relationships and drive both growth and new acquisitions.
  • Manage significant budgets, ensuring strategic and effective use.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers, focusing on continuous improvement and achieving set targets.
  • Resolve affiliate-related technical, commercial, and operational issues promptly.
  • Provide detailed reports and analyses on performance metrics and strategic insights weekly.

Skills & Experience:

  • Solid understanding and experience with online casino products, particularly within the Benelux and Spanish markets.
  • Proven background in Online Gaming Affiliate Marketing.
  • An outgoing, sociable personality that thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team management.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with experience in a sales-oriented and target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to present complex data in an understandable way to directors and clients.
  • Highly enthusiastic, motivated, and capable of multitasking to meet key deadlines and targets.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with flexibility in working hours.
