Wat de job inhoudt:
Zoek jij naar een uitdaging in het leiden van software implementatie projecten voor onze Belgische klanten?
De implementatieprojecten hebben een looptijd van 6 maanden tot 3 jaar, met een budget van ongeveer Eur 800K-Eur 4M. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair projectteam van 4-12 teamleden met business consultants en developers.
Je zal 'Miles', een ERP-software voor automotive finance, leasing, fleet en mobility management implementeren. Het is een end-to-end oplossing die front-, mid- en back-office functies omvat en die kan worden aangepast aan de behoeften van de klant.
Je zal:
1 of meerdere implementatieprojecten managen, afhankelijk van de grootte van de projecten.
Met je team doelstellingen vaststellen en bereiken, waarbij je de concurrerende eisen voor kwaliteit en scope in evenwicht brengt, binnen tijd en budget.
Communicatiestromen en rapportage organiseren en beheren, zowel intern en extern.
Mogelijks combineer je projectimplementatie met accountmanagement voor live klanten. Dit betekent dat je:
Facturatie afhandelen.
Product ownership nemen voor wijzigingsverzoeken van klanten.
Het bijwonen van klantenevenementen.
Klantproblemen en strategische plannen bespreken.
Jouw skills en interesses
Je hebt uitstekende organisatie-/planningsvaardigheden en bent in staat om het overzicht te behouden over de verschillende fases en modules. Soms zelfs het beheren van enkele projecten tegelijkertijd.
Een sterk commercieel bewustzijn is belangrijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de voorgestelde oplossingen zowel voor de klant als voor Sofico waarde opleveren. En houdt rekening met de zorgen en verwachtingen van de verschillende stakeholders.
Jouw sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden zorgen dat je moeilijke situaties gemakkelijk kunt beheren. Je doet dit door gebruik te maken van je ervaring in relatiebeheer en jouw beïnvloedingsvaardigheden.
Door jouw uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden kun je project- en technische informatie effectief en beknopt overbrengen om uitgebreide aanbevelingen te doen.
Als laatste, ben je een people manager en coach: je slaagt erin je team op de rails te krijgen en houdt elk teamlid gemotiveerd door ze uit te dagen en te inspireren.
Wat wordt er verwacht:
Meerdere jaren ervaring met projectmanagement en projectmanagementmethoden (PMBOK/Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc).
Meerdere jaren ervaring met middelgrote tot grote ERP implementaties met de verschillende fasen van een software implementatie project: van pre-sales fase tot go-live; inclusief behoefte analyse, configuratie, ontwikkeling, migratie, testen, enz.
Ervaring in de financiële sector; ervaring in de leasing business is een pluspunt.
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
Je bent bereid om te reizen.
