En tant que Project Manager, vous êtes responsable d’un portefeuille de clients existants à pérenniser et à développer. Vous assurez la bonne réalisation des projets de A à Z . Par ailleurs, vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié du client qui se concentrera sur le secteur pharmaceutique.
Vos tâches :
- Vous détectez, développez et maintenez les contacts commerciaux avec les clients actuels mais également auprès de nouveaux clients.
- Vous êtes responsable du pilotage, de la coordination et de l’exécution des projets et des contrats (de l’offre technique et commerciale, en passant par la réalisation jusqu’à la facturation)
- Vous coordonnez les activités de votre équipe et maintenez leur motivation
- Vous participez aux réunions techniques et commerciales, de la phase d’offre d’un projet jusqu’à la réception par le client.
- Vous participez au Project Review Meeting
- Vous êtes responsable du chiffrage et de l’établissement des décomptes éventuels
- Vous jouez un rôle actif dans le respect des règles de sécurité parmi vos équipes
Profil
- Vous avez un Bachelier ou un Master d’ingénieur industriel
- Vous avez au min.5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction comparable
- Une expérience dans le milieu pharmaceutique est indispensable
- Vous êtes à même de suivre des projets de grande envergure en industrie
- Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances du secteur industriel dans le domaine de l’électricité (et idéalement de l’instrumentation)
- Vous possédez une solide expérience dans un environnement GMP
- Vous aimez la technique et vous avez la fibre commerciale et entrepreneuriale
- Vous avez des affinités avec la finance et attachez de l’importance aux relations humaines
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), force de proposition, doté(e) d’un bon relationnel et du sens du service
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français et l’anglais est nécessaire. La connaissance du Néerlandais est un plus
