  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van logistieke strategieën: Je analyseert de huidige logistieke processen en identificeert verbetermogelijkheden. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert nieuwe strategieën om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de logistieke keten te verhogen.
  • Managen van het logistieke team: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het motiveren en leiden van het logistieke team. Je zorgt ervoor dat teamleden de nodige training en ondersteuning krijgen om hun taken optimaal uit te voeren.
  • Optimaliseren van logistieke processen: Je analyseert voortdurend de logistieke processen en identificeert knelpunten. Je implementeert verbeteringen om de doorstroming van goederen te optimaliseren en de kosten te verlagen.
  • Borgen van de naleving van wet- en regelgeving: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke activiteiten voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
  • Rapporteren over logistieke prestaties: Je verzamelt en analyseert data over de logistieke prestaties. Je rapporteert hierover aan het management en stelt verbeterplannen op.




  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting en hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende logistieke rol.
  • Dankzij jouw scherpe analytische geest ben je in staat om complexe logistieke processen te doorgronden en knelpunten te identificeren.
  • Je bent creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen en je bent niet bang om out-of-the-box te denken.
  • Je prioriteert effectief en weet je focus te richten op de belangrijkste taken.
  • Je bent een gedreven professional met een passie voor logistiek. Je streeft altijd naar het beste resultaat en je bent niet tevreden met middelmaat.
  • Je bent in staat om effectief te communiceren met teamleden van alle niveaus.
  • Je bent flexibel en je kunt je snel aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je hebt ervaring met WMS/TMS-systemen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft foutloos in het Nederlands en Engels.
