What can you expect?
As an IT Support Engineer you are the first point of contact of the customers. You will provide day-to-day support, remote or on-site. You will be responsible for rollout projects, hardware extensions, you will be performing software troubleshooting (password resets, O365, Windows troubleshooting, Mobile Intune, VPN issues, in-house applications, VM's, etc.)
Who are we looking for?
Experience : you have approximately 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar role. You followed an IT Course (eg. Network Engineering at Syntra or a Bachelor in Informatics) Expertise : you have a good knowledge of computer management, O365 applications, networking, Active Directory, etc. You have experience with service desk- and remote tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira). Strenghts : you can work independently with a good team spirit and are eager to learn. Languages : you speak fluent Dutch, English and French.
