We are looking for a Field Sales Manager (M/F/X) to manage world-renowned FMCG clients (Retail/Proximity/Horeca) and to run teams of Sales Representatives.
Type of contract : Full time fixed contract (Monday to Friday). Starting date : As soon as possible. Location : Brussels - Liège - Limburg - Brabant Wallon
Verantwoordelijkheden
Your specific roles will be to :
Define the objectives of your team, monitor performances and drive them to over-achievement. Prepare all materials needed for your team and configuring actions via a CRM system. Perform regular field coachings & field checks. Run team meeting's and evaluation. Pro-actively optimize the overall structure & processes, proposing new concepts and recommendations.

You have a bachelor or master degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Business. You have at least 4 years’ experience as Sales Representative (M/F/X) in the FMCG sector and the retail/distribution channel. Preferably already a proven experience in team management. You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset. You have an entrepreneurial mindset (not nine2five mentality) focus on Customer-First with sufficient persuasiveness (negotiating and arguing) and a nose for commercial opportunities. You are a real team player with strong communication skills, charisma, positive attitude and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. You have analytical skills with the ability to take a step back, think out of the box, challenge the status quo and act with an ambitious mindset.What we offer you:
