What does a Customer Experience Analyst do?
- You are responsible for the entire order life cycle to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadline.
- You make sure to set-up new customers & orders and do modification if necessary.
- You detect escalations, do problemsolving and request support from other divisions if inquired.
- You are the single-point-of-contact for your key accounts and backup accounts.
- You provide required export/shipping documentation (compiled to the relevant legislation).
- You support the policies, procedures and metrics. While you take the initiative to become a more proactive, efficient & clientoriented organization.
- You participate in process improvement projects.
What are we looking for in a candidate?

- You communicates in a clear, organized and precise manner.
- You respond to the customer relevant to their original request, while providing alternative solutions.
