  • Provide efficient administrative support, including maintaining crew databases, updating schedules, and processing crew-related documentation.
  • Assist in basic office management duties, such as answering phones, managing office supplies, and supporting general office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and internal teams to coordinate assignments and address scheduling needs.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the team to optimize crew planning processes.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by being reliable, flexible, and proactive in assisting colleagues.




  • luent in English and French; proficiency in Flemish is desirable.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, shift-based environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and client demands.
  • Prior experience in the audiovisual industry is beneficial but not essential.
