Introductie
De Volvo truckfabriek in Gent is de grootste vrachtwagenfabriek van de Volvo Group wereldwijd. Elke dag assembleren ongeveer 2.500 collega's hier trucks van topkwaliteit. Zo staan innovatie en continue verbetering standaard op onze agenda, en dat al van dag 1. Ontmoet jouw team
Ons Financial Control & Accounting team bestaat uit 14 enthousiaste collega’s met elk hun domein en expertise, die dagelijks samenwerken met de collega’s in de global centers. Samen met jouw collega’s werk je hands-on, streef je deadlines na en werk je nauwkeurig en analytisch.
Wat ga je doen?

Je verwerkt en bekijkt kritisch binnenkomende facturen mbt het wagenpark in lijn met onze interne controle proceduresJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de probleemdossiers en zorgt voor de juiste correctiesJe staat in voor de voorbereiding van diverse betalingen en verzorgt de dagelijkse en wekelijkse update van de cash planningBij afwijkingen neem jij de nodige acties en neem je contact op met de juiste partijenWie ben jij?
Jij behoudt ten alle tijden het overzicht over alle financiële documenten. Je houdt ervan om informatie te verzamelen, te verwerken en te analyseren. Jouw sterktes?
Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring achter de rug of je volgde een boekhoudkundige opleiding én bent leergierigEen analytisch vermogen zit in jouw DNA; je ziet een groter geheel en bent probleemoplossendJij bent hands-on en neemt graag initiatief. Je durft bovendien vragen te stellen.SAP en Excel zijn je niet onbekend.Je bent plichtsbewust en georganiseerd. Jij wil weten hoe elk proces of systeem werkt.Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en NederlandsBijna overtuigd?
