Sluit u aan bij Inchcape, een gerenommeerde, onafhankelijke autodistributeur met meerdere merken, die het autolandschap op vijf continenten vormgeeft. Als officiële distributeur van Toyota, Lexus, BYD en de maker van BravoAuto in België en Luxemburg, lopen we voorop in de industrie. Voor onze BYD outlet in Zaventem zijn we op zoek naar een dynamische Service Advisor om onze klantenservice-ervaring naar nieuwe hoogten te tillen.

Functie en verantwoordelijkheden:

Beheer proactief de bezetting van de werkplaats en verhoog de productiviteit door middel van een efficiënte planning. Verwelkom klanten hartelijk en beantwoord telefoontjes en e-mails met een klantgerichte aanpak. Werk nauw samen met de technische afdeling om uitgebreide werkorders te maken. Toezicht houden op de kwaliteitscontrole van autodiensten en factureringsprocedures afhandelen.  Zorg voor vervangende auto's aan klanten of verzamel indien nodig de nodige documenten. Onderhouden van constante coördinatie met collega's in werkplaats en magazijn. Lever auto's na de onderhoudsbeurt aan klanten en geef professionele en, indien nodig, technische feedback. Uitvoeren van administratieve taken in overeenstemming met interne procedures (dagelijkse archivering, voltooiing van documenten, enz.). Dien garantiedossiers en -claims in en volg ze, zodat de nauwkeurigheid voor auditdoeleinden wordt gegarandeerd.

Jouw profiel:

Idealiter beschikken over een hogere graad of gerichte administratieve ervaring. Solide technische inzichten met vaardigheid in MS Word en Excel. Vloeiend in Frans en Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van het Engels. Gepassioneerd door auto's, zorgen voor een warme en servicegerichte klantbenadering. Goed georganiseerd met sterke administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden. Oplossingsgericht en comfortabel gedijen in een drukke, klantgerichte omgeving.
