Internship - Sales and Boutique Assistant - September 2024

Au sein de la Boutique Chanel à Bruxelles, vous assistez les conseillers de vente, soutenez l’activité et découvrez l’organisation 360° de la boutique.
Le stage s’articule autour des missions suivantes :
Soutien quotidien à la force de vente et à l’accueil client :
Accueil des clients dans l’attente de la disponibilité d’un conseiller
Préparation et service des boissons pour les clients à la demande
Aide à la vente et prise en charge de clients à la demande
Cérémonial d’emballage des produits achetés avant leur remise au client
Maintien en ordre et identification des produits exposés sur la surface de vente
Soutien au Merchandising Visuel lors des mises en place de collections
Approvisionnement et maintien en ordre des outils de travail et des fournitures sur la surface de vente
Participation aux activités de la boutique (événements, marketing clients)
Activité en boutique :
En fonction des pics d’activité et du planning en boutique, vous serez amené(e) à prêter main forte en arrière boutique ou sur la surface de vente :
Assistance à la gestion des stocks (réception de marchandise, inventaires tournants)
Optimisation des stocks
Gestion du service après-vente
Préparation des événements et cadeaux clients
Analyses liées à l’activité de la boutique
Profil
Rigueur, capacité d'adaptation, esprit d'initiative, autonomie et excellent relationnel sont des clefs de réussite de cette mission.
Le français, l’anglais et le flamand sont parlés en Boutique.
Le stage s’effectue en uniforme lors de la présence en boutique.

Within CHANEL’s Boutique in Brussels, you support the Fashion Advisors and the generalactivity in the Boutique
The internship is structured around two main topics :
Givedaily support to the Fashion Advisors :
Welcome clients whilewaiting for a Fashion Advisor to take over
Prepare and serve drinks to the clients
Run the Art of Wrapping the productswhensold and beforehandingthem over
Maintain the visual merchandising of the products in the retail area as well as theirproper identification
Support the Visual Merchandising Manager during Collections Set up
Maintaintools and refill office supplies in the retail area
General activity in the Boutique :
According to clients traffic, peaks of activity or a Team member’s absence, your help would be needed to support the front or back office activity :
Assist the stock Manager (dailyreceipt of goods, inventories)
Organize the goods in the stock
Support after-sale services
Participate in the organization of events and clients gifting
Elaborateanalysisaccording to the boutique needs
Profile
Rigour, adaptability, initiative, autonomy and interpersonalskills are key for this mission.
French, English and Dutch are spoken in the Boutique.
A uniformis to be worn at all times during the internship in the Boutique.
