FP&A and Sales Analyst - American company - ZaventemThe FP&A and Sales Analyst will be part of the FP&A Team, composed of 3 persons.He / she will be responsible for producing the P&L and Sales information and dashboards for the EMEA & LATAM regions.His / her main tasks will be divided into 2 parts : Sales Reporting Analysis for EMEA & LATAM (70%) and FP&A Analysis for LATAM (30%) :

  • Acting as a partner to the different departments: Finance, Sales & Marketing
  • Collecting the various Sales data from the different Team managers over the EMEA & LATAM regions
  • Producing the Sales dashboards with an analysis by product, zone and market
  • Providing variances analyzes between the actual and budgeted numbers
  • Establishing KPIs to achieve the sales & financial targets and reflecting those in dashboards
  • Preparing business performances analyzes and providing commentaries & recommendations to the management in Belgium and in the US
  • Assisting in the annual budgeting & forecasting processes for LATAM region
  • Acting as the owner of the sales reporting tool (Power BI) to ensure its stable performance
  • Participating and supporting on ad hoc projects & requests.

FP&A and Sales Analyst - American company - ZaventemThe ideal Sales Reporting Specialist Europe will meet the following criteria:

  • Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business / Management / Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role ( Sales Analysis / Sales Reporting / Business Analysis / Management Reporting / Controlling)
  • Being fluent in English
  • Having strong Excel skills. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Being analytical, paying attention to detail while being able to handle large datasets
  • Being dynamic, loving challenges and willing to evolve in a fast-growing company
  • Strong focus on the personality : problem solving mentality, taking initiatives, cooperating with others, proposing solutions for improvement.
