The Brussels, Belgium facility is Catalent’s flagship European syringe filling facility. With more than 70 years of drug product manufacturing experience in biologics and sterile injectables, Catalent Brussels’ has one of the largest syringe filling capacities in Europe at over 175 million units annually.
To support the Payroll team we are recruiting an HR Admin & Payroll Specialist
The Role
Perform the correct management and administration of : all personnel data following the HR processes, the payroll & the benefits processes for Catalent Brussels.
Support all payroll administration, time & attendance and administrative processes for the personnel of Catalent in Brussels
Manage all administration matters for employees : contracts, addendums, career interruption requests, benefits, insurances, different certificates, celebrations (births, weddings, etc…) input data for HR/payroll in payroll and Time & attendance systems (Protime Cloud)
Manage, maintain and update employee files in the HR and Time & Attendance systems digital
Bes the key first point of contact for employees regarding administrations topics and ensure an appropriate answer in timely manner and in accordance to our social legislation requirement and Catalent processes.
Execute all reporting requests regarding overtime, Co-Valent trainings, career interruptions, FTE’s, headcount, ..
Coordinate language and technical/soft skills training requests : Co-Valent
Coordinate the internship administration
Support international / expatriate personnel file and payroll, single permit requests,…
Support or manage optimization continuous improvement projects (ex: development compensation a& benefits policies, etc….) – automatization
Support financial audits & social inspections
Ensure back-up of all workday actions in case of absence of the SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Ensure back-up of the HR Administration Payroll Manager
Coordinate the FIP – “Plan Cafétaria”
Coordinate the encoding of the fleet
The Candidate
Bachelor in a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in payroll
Good knowledge of all payroll and HR Admin tasks (contracts, etc…)
Focus on the data accuracy
Rigorous, conscientious, open-minded & quality-minded
Empowered to handle confidential information
Excellent computer skills : MS Office, especially Excel; payroll software; HR systems, Time & Attendance systems.
The knowledge of EBlox and Protime Cloud is a plus
Knowledge about social legislation
Excellent communication skills
Strong Planning and organization skills
Solution-oriented & positive mindset
Stress resistant
Flexibility, able to adapt to changes
Internal customer oriented
Able to work independently and handle important workload
Ability to analyze data, run reports, and provide requested information
Fluent in French, and good comprehension in English, Dutch is an asset
