**Introductie**:
Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale payroll provider met vestigingen wereldwijd.
In het kader van de sterk toenemende groei van de activiteiten, zijn ze op zoek naar een HR Payroll Associate (Junior/Medior).
**Jobomschrijving**:
A-Z Payroll functie waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt gesteld voor de loonverwerking van werknemers op Belgische bodem van buitenlandse bedrijven.
- Analyseren van de payroll van de klant, de nodige adviezen hieromtrent verlenen.
- On-boarden van nieuwe klanten en werknemers.
- Belgische Payroll waarbij je wordt ondersteund door je collega's van het Shared Service Center, gevestigd in Polen.
- Meewerken aan de implementatie van nieuwe werkprocessen om de interne werking en de efficiëntie te verbeteren.
**Profiel**:
Je beschikt over:
- Ervaring in payroll van A-Z.
- Een zeer goede kennis van de Belgische wetgeving en loonverwerking in het algemeen.
- Goede kennis payroll binnen PC 200. Bijkomende kennis van andere PC zijn een troef.
- Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en/of Frans en Engels.
- Verantwoordelijkheidszin en klantgerichte attitude.
- Je draagt kwaliteit en een uitstekende dienstverlening hoog in het vaandel.
- Team-player, leergierig, flexibele ingesteldheid.
- Hands-on, georganiseerd en gestructureerd.
