**Discover the role**
The HR & Payroll Associate will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. He/she will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
- Client meetings and conference calls, act as an advisor;
- Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas;
- Being responsible for a client portfolio being assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios;
- Affiliation for international clients
- Daily communication with international clients
- Processing payroll based on input received
- Providing required output documents
- Assistance with local legislation
- Processing joiners and leavers;
- Responsible for the Dimona declaration for joiners
- Calculation of settlements for leavers
- Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards authorities for your own clients
- Participate in our training plan and work on your own development by identifying growth opportunities (you are in the driver's seat of your career);
- Assist with projects to build on the HRP department's daily operations;
- Ensure compliance (for example ISAE3402 certification);
- Act as a team-player;
- Drive and implement best practices.
**About you**:
- Team player.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch or French.
- Proven experience in payroll delivery (at least 2 years).
- Experience in processing payrolls end to end.
- Exposure to expat/international payrolls is a plus.
- Communicative and stress-resilient.
- Responsible and organized.
- Good communication skills - Communicates information in a clear and concise manner.
- Be able to work remotely and keep TMF colleagues aware of the ongoing status of requests.
- Goal-focused (both individual and team goals).
- Eye for detail and quality-focused.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Acts with integrity.
- Upholds the values of the organization.
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) and Officient is a plus.
