Robert Half Interim Management is currently looking for a **HR & Payroll Manager ad interim with Hard HR Experience**.
Our client is a **consultancy company** based in region **Brussels**.
As a **HR & Payroll Manage**r ad interim you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will take **charge of monthly payroll duties** in collaboration with SD Worx;
- You are the **Point of Contact** for employee payroll questions;
- You'll have the opportunity to **provide excellent customer service** to employees and answer any payroll-related queries;
- You ensure that **payroll processes** run smoothly;
- You will be responsible for **onboarding** new employees, ensuring that the onboarding process is efficient and effective, and that new employees are integrated into the team quickly.
The requested qualifications for this **HR & Payroll Manager** ad interim position include:
- You are proficient in both **English** and either **Dutch or French**;
- You have **extensive experience** in **payroll & hard HR**;
- You are a great **People Manager **with good **communication skills**.
