Actuaire Strategic Performance

Pour l’un de nos prestigieux clients, une compagnie d’assurance innovante située à Bruxelles, nous cherchons un actuaire Strategic Performance. Si vous êtes passionné par l'aspect financier et la performance au sein du segment Non Life et que vous voulez que vos analyses aient un impact, alors cette offre est faite pour vous.

Vos tâches en tant qu’actuaire Strategic Performance

  • Vous analysez les résultats des lignes de produit en détail et vous évaluez les évolutions en matière de pricing et de santé du portefeuille (fréquence, sinistralité moyenne, impact sur la réservation)
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le product management et les actuaires financiers afin d’analyser certaines évolutions ou de les examiner
  • Vous aidez à interpréter les résultats IFRS17 et à détecter les analyses supplémentaires nécessaires
  • Vous dispensez des avis au senior management concernant les tendances constatées
  • Vous visez à poursuivre le développement des connaissances actuarielles et financières dans le segment Non Life et à approfondir des dossiers très spécifiques (par ex. : impact de l’inflation)
  • Vous collaborez à l'établissement des plans de rentabilité et suivez également activement si les actions entreprises fournissent les résultats escomptés

Le profil idéal de l’actuaire Strategic Performance

  • Vous avez un diplôme en sciences actuarielles ou tout autre domaine pertinent
  • Vous avez plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des assurances de dommages et connaissez ce marché
  • La connaissance des risques spéciaux n’est pas obligatoire, mais un plus
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils Office (Excel, Word, Ppt ...) + SAS, R, etc.
  • Vous parlez français ou néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue
  • Curieux de nature, vous avez un esprit critique et analytique
  • Vous aimez aussi bien travailler en équipe que de manière autonome et aimez partager vos résultats ou votre avis avec les autres
  • Pour vous donner et recevoir du feed-back est important
