We are actively seeking .NET Developers (Junior, Medior, and Senior) with native or fluent Dutch to contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise-grade applications within Agile environments.

You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

As a .NET Developer, you will participate in the entire software development lifecycle—from business requirements analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Build responsive and modern web applications using contemporary frontend technologies.
• Implement business logic following Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational database models.
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve functional and technical issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
• Produce technical documentation and actively share knowledge within the team.

Your ProfileJunior

• 0–3 years of experience in .NET development.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and web application development.
• Motivated to learn modern Microsoft technologies and Agile methodologies.

Medior

• 3–7 years of experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
• Solid experience building REST APIs and working with SQL databases.
• Comfortable working independently within Agile development teams.

Senior

• 7 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade .NET solutions.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and driving technical decisions.
• Passionate about software craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is considered an asset but is not mandatory.

Relevant certifications are considered a plus, such as:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
• Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II)
• Docker Certified Associate
