Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy and Campaigns:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote software development services.
- Plan and manage campaigns across channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and PPC.
- Content Marketing:
- Create and oversee the production of engaging content, including blog posts, case studies and videos.
- Optimize content for search engines and align with audience needs.
- SEO and Analytics:
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate reports and insights to inform and optimize marketing efforts.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Engage with the audience through posts, comments, and targeted ads.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Track email performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration and Innovation:
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and software industry developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the software or tech industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and creative skills.
- Familiarity with software development concepts is a plus.
