Key Responsibilities
- Gather bugs, issues, and feature requests from Sales, Client Success, Management, and other stakeholders
- Convert inputs into clear, prioritized Jira tickets and route them to senior engineers via Discord and Jira
- Learn to write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation
- Maintain and update product documentation for features, enhancements, and bugs
- Manage Jira boards, help organize sprints, and keep the backlog structured and up-to-date
- Track delivery status, validate completed tasks with developers, and communicate updates to Sales, CS, and Management teams
- Coordinate with content creators to update tutorials, videos, and knowledge bases
- Research competitor systems, global best practices, and potential product opportunities
- Support idea generation for new features and improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of software and technology concepts
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new tools and systems
- Comfort with SaaS, technology, or startup environments
- Basic knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools
- Foundational understanding of product management practices
- Internship or prior experience in software, tech, business analysis, or product
