Programme Structure
Months 1–4 | Discover the Business & Master the F oundations :
You'll begin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO : our stores. Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customer s , our product s , and what makes our operations world-class.

Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership
As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor , influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance , building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.

Months 7–12 | Drive the Business
In your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.
