Marketing Activation Manager, Central Europe Customer Brands

We are now seeking a
**Marketing Activation Manager for Customer Brands, Central Europe**
to help us further building the future of food.


You will be based in Belgium (Roeselare) or France (Lille), with the opportunity to work with a hybrid model and report to the Head of Regional Marketing, CB. You will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.


Your role in the blend


You will act as the portfolio and product expert in preparation and attending customer meetings. You will act as the local expert and combine local skills and expertise spiced up with a global approach.


In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the with commercial team retail in Central Europe to realize the ambitious growth targets. You will work closely with peers in the marketing team to promote and utilize full potential across our different markets and our global portfolio managers to ensure marketing and execution excellence when launching the products and concepts locally. You will be developing mainly customer brands (private labels).


In this role, you will:



- Convert strategy into a marketing and portfolio plan for key customers with strong category impact, based on financial understanding together with commercial team
- Create concept selling stories and ensure excellence in execution for new launches, relaunches, and activations for both private labels and value brands.
- Serve as sparring partner for the customer and provide tailored recommendations on artwork, pack size, shelf placement, and activation.
- Act as local market expert and translate customer observations into actionable insights by continuously monitoring market, customer, and competitor portfolios and activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Share best practices with peers and assume leadership of projects across the overall global marketing and portfolio team.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:



- Proven track record of launch excellence
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Fact based and analytical, self-driven, motivated and a team player.
- At least 3-7 years’ experience in a marketing or commercial role in retail
- Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written. Knowledge of German is a strong plus
- University degree, business administrative or equivalent.
- Prepared to travel 10-20 days annually
