What You'll Do

We are looking for a driven consultant to support the delivery of ERP-enabled business transformation programs. This role is ideal for candidates with functional SAP expertise and early experience in client-facing delivery who are eager to develop strong strategic consulting skills.

- ERP Delivery Support: Contribute to ERP transformation programs across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Methodology Application: Apply the SAP Activate framework to ensure structured, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
- Strategic Exposure: Support business case development, PMO activities, and change management initiatives.
- Cross-Process Learning: Build exposure across multiple SAP modules and end-to-end value streams (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
- Client Interaction**:** Participate in client workshops and meetings to align solution scope with business priorities and transformation objectives.

What You'll Bring

- Master’s degree in Business Engineering, or any digital related field.
- 3–7 years of professional experience working with ERP systems.
- Consulting or system integrator background, with functional SAP expertise in at least one module.
- Proven client-facing experience, with exposure to PMO activities, delivery execution, and/or change management.
- Solid understanding of ERP delivery phases and large-scale program structures.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate and/or traditional ERP delivery methodologies.
- Full professional fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
- Strong willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
