Senior Claim Representative

Als internationaal schadebeheerder ben jij de deskundige in zowel stoffelijke schade als letselschade. Je beheert de schadedossiers van onze klanten van begin tot einde. Je hebt een scherp inlevingsvermogen in de behoeften van de klant en streeft ernaar om uitmuntende service te leveren.
- Je beoordeelt de claim aan de hand van de polisvoorwaarden
- Je stelt de aansprakelijkheid en de hoogte van de schadevergoeding vast
- Je staat in voor de financiële afwikkeling van de claim
- Je communiceert doorheen de afhandeling van de claim met de verzekeraar, het waarborgfonds, de schade-experts, de tegenpartij, enz.
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in verzekeringen of rechten of een gelijkwaardige kwalificatie.
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Frans, zowel geschreven als gesproken.
- Beheersing van MS Office-programma's is een must.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in de verzekeringssector en/of in het schadebeheer voor schades in het buitenland.
- Gebruiksgemak in het Engels is een extra troef.
- Je bent proactief in het informeren van de verschillende stakeholders in een schadegeval en je houdt ervan om problemen in handen voor je klanten.
- Je hebt oog voor detail, misschien zelfs een "pietluttig" oog, maar je ziet ook het grotere geheel.
- Je bent een probleemoplosser en een teamspeler.
