Als Business Analyst "Project & Product Controlling" onderzoek je de bedrijfsprocessen rondom Controlling en identificeer je opportuniteiten voor optimalisatie of ontwikkeling. Je houdt steeds de complexe klantbehoeften voor ogen en vervult zo een vertaalfunctie naar IT met als doel betrouwbare en gebruiksvriendelijke IT-applicaties te ontwikkelen in het Controlling domein. Je gebruikt agile werkmethoden in een internationale omgeving en participeert aan de digitale transformatie van de Elia group. Je kan je kennis voortdurend ontwikkelen door een actieve uitwisseling met specialisten en stakeholders uit verschillende bedrijfsdomeinen.
Je takenpakket bestaat uit:
- Analyse, beschrijving en definitie van business requirements voor processen en applicaties, evenals hun modellering om Controlling processen te optimaliseren en te harmoniseren,
- Sparring met de business bij het optimaliseren en harmoniseren van processen door het analyseren, beschrijven en valideren van business requirements, waaronder het modelleren van processen en informatie;
- Formuleren en valideren van user stories en definiëren van acceptatiecriteria op basis van de business requirements,
- Validatie van technische specificaties met betrekking tot de optimale IT-oplossing,
- Opstellen van testscenario's en ondersteuning van de test- en acceptatieprocessen,
- Ontwikkelen van rapporteringen en uitvoeren van data-analyses om bedrijfsbeslissingen te ondersteunen of de operationele efficiëntie te verbeteren;
- Het adviseren van de productowner en samenwerken met de verschillende productteams en productstakeholders in Duitsland en België om de verdere ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van het product te evalueren, prioriteren en plannen,
- Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van workshops en trainingen samen met de business, inclusief 2e lijns ondersteuning.

- Je beschikt over een universitair masterdiploma of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring in SAP (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CO, SAP PS, …).
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een Controlling afdeling met minimum 3 jaar in het meewerken aan digitalisering projecten.
- Je hebt ervaring met businessanalyse/behoeftebepaling.
- Je hebt zeer goede communicatie- en coördinatievaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Je bent een teamspeler en hebt een sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen.
- Je bent tweetalig (NL/FR) en hebt een grondige kennis van het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk). Duits is een pluspunt.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en ook een project trekken.
- Je hebt ervaring om met Agile methodologieën in een product organisatie te werken
- Je bent bereid om bij te leren en zoekt graag naar innovatie.
