Ben jij een security-expert die de brug slaat tussen technische veiligheid en strategisch beleid? Bij Randstad Digital zoeken we een gedreven IT Security Officer om de digitale weerbaarheid van onze klanten naar een hoger niveau te tillen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven van het security-beleid, het waarborgen van compliance aan wereldwijde standaarden en het verhogen van de security maturity. Je krijgt de kans om impact te maken door risico's te minimaliseren en een veilige werkomgeving te creëren binnen een dynamische, internationale context.Locatie: Hybride (Regio Leuven / Luxemburg) - bereidheid tot reizen tussen beide locaties.Ervaring: 5+ jaar ervaring in IT Security, waarvan minimaal 3 jaar in Security Management.Opleiding: Master- of bachelordiploma in Informatica, Cybersecurity of een relevant vakgebied. Jouw takenOntwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van het IT-securitybeleidWaarborgen van compliance met nieuwe wereldwijde security-standaarden en wetgevingUitvoeren van risicoassessments om de significantie en reikwijdte van risico's te bepalenOpstellen en opvolgen van remediëringsplannen naar aanleiding van interne en externe auditsRapporteren over de status van het security-programma en de compliance-prestaties aan stakeholdersOntwikkelen van security-trainingsprogramma's om het bewustzijn bij medewerkers te vergrotenMonitoren van de effectiviteit van controlemaatregelen en escaleren van kritieke aandachtspunten Jouw profielAantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van security-policiesSterke analytische vaardigheden met een scherp oog voor detail en kwaliteitUitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en EngelsIn staat om onder druk te werken en complexe businessvraagstukken te begrijpenErvaring met de implementatie of operatie van ISMS (ISO 27001) is een sterke troefIn het bezit van relevante certificeringen (bijv. CISM, CISSP, CISA)Sterke vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement en het positief beïnvloeden van mensen
