Wat ga je doen als Accountmanager?
Als Accountmanager binnen Proact help je nieuwe en bestaande klanten met de transitie naar de (hybride) cloud. Als gesprekspartner, creëer je vertrouwen, begrijp je de klant zijn (business) doelstellingen en ga je opzoek naar de meest optimale mix van (cloud)diensten.
Je krijgt de beschikking over een breed scala aan bewezen oplossingen variërend van security tot hybride/multi cloud (IaaS, StaaS, BaaS, DraaS, PaaS, SaaS etc) en (werkplek)beheer vraagstukken. Dit alles gesupporterd vanuit een zeer gedreven team van specialisten die vanuit klanttevredenheid en kwaliteit opereren. Dit laatste is ook bevestigd in recente NPS score.
Als Accountmanager ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor
Acquisitie van nieuwe klanten;
Zorgdragen voor lopende dienstverlening bij bestaande klanten;
Het voor bestaande klanten bekend maken met onze aanvullende diensten en oplossingen;
Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van je eigen Sales- en marketingstrategie in samenwerking met vendoren, ecopartners, onze eigen marketing en telesales afdeling.;
Het delen van successen en adviseren van collega's om hen te versnellen naar succes.
Wat breng jij mee?
Natuurlijk vinden wij het ook fijn als jij al over een aantal competenties of ervaringen beschikt als je bij ons wilt komen werken. Daarom vragen wij van jou of je
Minimaal twee tot vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
Bewezen new business kwaliteiten/resultaten;
Een goed onderhouden netwerk
Zeer goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en Engels;
Begrip van services contracten, IT-infrastructuur, werkplek, Azure en oplossingen om effectief te kunnen communiceren met klanten en interne teams;
Andere kennis ervaring op applicatie, datalake, security pre.
Het vermogen om kansen te herkennen, te onderhandelen en resultaten te behalen.
