Le département Gestion des microdonnées (DD) est responsable de la collecte, de la validation et de la diffusion des données microéconomiques des entreprises financières et non financières.
Au sein du service Data Collection Unit (CL), nous recherchons un(-e) Account Officer pour l'équipe «Transactions with foreign countries & other declarations ». Cette section est chargée d'identifier les entreprises qui ont des transactions avec d'autres pays ainsi que de collecter les données indispensables à la mesure des flux économiques des entreprises non-financières essentiellement.
- vous participez à la sélection des entreprises et à la collecte de leurs données
- vous contribuez à une bonne communication
- vous traitez les demandes de renseignements
- vous fournissez le support nécessaire aux entreprises
- vous veillez à avoir une documentation à jour et claire tant en interne que pour les déclarants
- vous collaborez activement aux projets et à l'amélioration continue des processus au sein de l'équipe dans un cadre informatique et réglementaire en évolution
- vous disposez au minimum d'un diplôme de bachelier à orientation comptable ou économique
- vous aimez innover et cherchez l'efficacité tout en faisant preuve de rigueur
- vous résistez bien au stress
- vous êtes prêt(-e) à acquérir rapidement une connaissance du fonctionnement des applications, des processus, du cadre légal et êtes à l'aise avec les outils IT
- vous aimez la combinaison du travail autonome et en équipe
- vous avez une connaissance active du néerlandais (niveau B2 minimum). Connaître l'anglais et l'allemand est un atout
- vous êtes orienté(-e) client et êtes attentif(-ive) aux préoccupations et aux besoins des déclarants et des autres parties prenantes
- vous êtes capable de travailler avec Python, R et/ou SAS
