Om ons team “Working Hours & contracts” te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven administratieve duizendpoot met interesse in sociale wetgeving.
We zijn een klein team en we ondersteunen de medewerkers van de Bank op administratief vlak gedurende hun volledige loopbaan.
Zo zorgen we onder andere voor de jaarlijkse verloftoekenning, voor advies bij thematisch verlof, voor de update van de signaletieke gegevens. Al deze gegevens zijn de basis voor een correcte betaling.
We werken nauw samen met het Payroll Team dat de lonen uitbetaalt, alsook met het Team Talent Acquisition dat onze nieuwe collega's aanwerft.
Je zal multifunctioneel ingezet worden voor de uitvoering van onder andere volgende taken:
- je beheert medewerkers en hun contracten in de HR-toepassing
- je kent vakantierechten toe
- je ondersteunt medewerkers bij hun aanvraag voor tijdskrediet, thematisch verlof of andere werkregime wijzigingen en geeft advies hieromtrent aan de medewerkers
- je volgt aan- en afwezigheden op
- je zorgt voor de verwerking en controle van wachten en interventies
- je volgt ziektedossiers op
- je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een HR-gerelateerde richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- je hebt een sterke affiniteit met HR en sociaal recht
- je kan goed overweg met de Office 365 toepassingen
- ervaring met HR- of een tijdsregistratiesoftware is een pluspunt
- je bent bereid je voortdurend bij te scholen
- je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans (niveau B1)
- je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en stipt
- je hebt een kritische geest naar processen toe, durft out-of-the box te denken en staat open voor nieuwe innovatieve ideeën, technieken en oplossingen
- je kan zowel autonoom als in teamverband werken en bent service-minded
- je bent stressbestending
- je gaat discreet om met personeelsgegevens en respecteert de professionele regels
