Binnen het departement 'Klantenfacturatie' zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een **Customer Account Officer**.

Als Customer Account Officer beheer je de rekeningen van de klanten van het Sociaal Secretariaat en zorg je ervoor dat de processen tijdig en correct verlopen.

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor onze Payroll Consultants, klanten en de overheid.
- Je volgt de facturatie op, neemt de betalingen op en geeft de bedragen door aan de officiële instanties (Rijksdienst voor Sociale Zekerheid, Fondsen, FOD Financiën.).
- Je spoort verschillen op en zorgt indien nodig voor de nodige verbeteringen.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en stelt aangepaste oplossingen voor.
- Je garandeert een proactief beheer door regelmatig in contact te staan met de klant en officiële instanties.
- Indien nodig bied je ondersteuning in geval van betwistingen.

**Wie ben je ?**
- Je bent communicatief, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je beschikt over een cijfermatig inzicht.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht, zo kan je een kwalitatieve dienstverlening garanderen.
- Je kan autonoom functioneren en stelt jezelf leergierig op
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans of het Engels.
