Als Accounting & Reporting Teamlead neem je de leiding over een team van 7 financiële experts in accounting en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan het succes van het bedrijf.

  • Leid een topteam: Jij stuurt een team van financiële specialisten aan dat zich focust op periodieke en jaarafsluitingen, reconciliaties, loonboekingen, provisieberekeningen en fiscale naleving. Jouw leiderschap zorgt ervoor dat deadlines worden gehaald en kwaliteit wordt gewaarborgd.
    • Kritische analyse: Als expert op het gebied van financiële rapportages, zorg je voor de hoogste nauwkeurigheid en toon je een kritische blik op alle cijfers.
    • Samenwerking op topniveau: Je werkt nauw samen met de Teamleider Stock Controlling, zodat financiële en operationele processen perfect op elkaar aansluiten.
    • Directe impact: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Reporting & Controlling Manager, wat jou volop kansen biedt om je stempel te drukken op de organisatie en door te groeien.
      • Een bachelor of master in een financiële of economische richting.
      • Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol.
      • Je bent een Excel-expert en ervaring met SAP is een grote plus
      • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
      • Je bent een geboren planner en behoudt het overzicht, zelfs onder tijdsdruk.
      • People management en sterke communicatie skills zitten in je DNA: jij zorgt ervoor dat teams soepel samenwerken en doelen samen worden behaald.
      • Je hebt een scherp analytisch vermogen en schrikt niet terug voor deadlines.
