De FEBEG, de Federatie van Elektriciteits- en Gasbedrijven van België, vertegenwoordigt de producenten van elektriciteit, de handelaars en leveranciers van elektriciteit en gas, evenals de laboratoria in de elektriciteits- en gassector. FEBEG telt een veertigtal leden die rechtstreeks meer dan 7.500 personen tewerkstellen. Gezien het strategische belang van energievoorziening voor het land, behoort de elektriciteits- en gassector tot de belangrijkste industriële sectoren binnen het Belgische economische landschap.Het Sociale Departement van FEBEG heeft als voornaamste opdracht deel te nemen aan het sectorale sociaal overleg (paritair comité 326 van de gas- en elektriciteitsindustrie) en juridische ondersteuning te bieden aan de aangesloten bedrijven van de Federatie. Om haar activiteiten te versterken, wenst onze Federatie een Social Policy Advisor (m/v/x) aan te werven, Communicatief, analytisch en met affiniteit voor het sociaal recht In nauwe samenwerking met de directie van de Federatie, aan wie u rechtstreeks rapporteert, zijn uw verantwoordelijkheden als volgt: U organiseert het werk van de sociale afdeling en neemt deel aan de organisatie van het sectorale sociaal overleg. U vertegenwoordigt FEBEG als woordvoerder binnen een reeks energieplatformen (Paritair Comité 326, Fonds voor Bestaanszekerheid, Sectorale Pensioenfondsen, enz.) en bij externe organisaties (VBO, Voka, enz.). U bereidt, in samenwerking met de experten van de aangesloten bedrijven, de mandaten en standpunten voor die binnen deze platformen en organisaties verdedigd worden. U zorgt voor informatie en ondersteuning aan de leden van de Federatie over de sectorale regelgeving en, meer algemeen, over alle domeinen van het sociaal recht, HR, arbeidsvoorwaarden, enz. U volgt de evolutie van het regelgevend kader op en evalueert de impact ervan op werkgelegenheid en arbeidsomstandigheden binnen de bedrijven van de sector. U ondersteunt de directie van de Federatie bij meer punctuele dossiers inzake het beheer van de Federatie (GDPR, mededingingsrecht, statuten, enz.). Na een inwerkperiode staat u in voor het beheer van Human Resources van FEBEG.
