Afin de soutenir la croissance de notre département financier, nous recherchons actuellement un spécialiste en fiscalité et en prix de transfert pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Vous serez membre du département SMT Africa - Finance et rapporterez au Head of Finance. Vous serez en charge de la préparation de la documentation prix de transfert pour le siège et toutes les filiales (Master File, Local Files, Local Forms, CbCR, etc.) En tant que spécialiste en fiscalité et en prix de transfert, vous serez responsable de la conception/mise à jour d'un modèle général de prix de transfert.
En tant que Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes,
Prix de transfert
- Vous travaillez sur la conception, la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des prix de transfert pour les activités nouvelles et en cours (transfert opérationnel) ;
- Vous assurez la soumission en temps voulu de toute la documentation requise dans toutes les juridictions ;
- Vous travaillez sur l'alignement global de l'approche, en identifiant et en résolvant les incohérences ;
- Vous conseillez nos filiales sur la structure opérationnelle du point de vue des prix de transfert.
Fiscalité
- Vous conseillez et soutenez nos filiales dans la conformité des prix de transfert au cas par cas, en soutenant les contrôles fiscaux locaux ;
- Vous conseillez nos filiales sur les différents flux transactionnels d'un point de vue fiscal et fournissez un support fiscal complet ;
- Vous calculez l'ETR pour les filiales et vérifiez les estimations fiscales périodiques ;
- Vous assistez nos filiales lors des contrôles fiscaux ;
- Vous êtes le principal point de contact pour l'organisation en ce qui concerne la gestion des contrôles de prix et vous assurez une communication claire des changements de prix ;
Stratégie
- Vous synthétisez les performances de nos gammes de produits, en transformant les données en idées stratégiques ;
- Vous réalisez des analyses de la chaîne de valeur et présentez vos résultats au Head of Finance et au CFO.
- Master en fiscalité, finance, économie, commerce ou équivalent par expérience ;
- Minimum 3 ans en fiscalité / prix de transfert dans un cabinet de conseil ou une multinationale, de préférence dans l'industrie automobile (concessionnaire) ;
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais ;
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Windows Office ;
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes financiers ;
- Autonome, proactif, persévérant, rigoureux et professionnel ;
- Orienté résultats et clients ;
- Vous avez un fort esprit d'analyse et le souci du détail.
