Description de la fonction L’équipe Market & Customer Intelligence (MCI) se trouve dans le département Sales & Marketing. Une dizaine de personnes s’occupent des analyses, du reporting (BI, Tableaux), des enquêtes (par exemple Customer satisfaction), des recherches et de la veille marché et concurrence. Les objectifs principaux de ce département Sales & Marketing sont la vente (+35K nouveau clients chaque année) et la marque, ainsi que product management (gérer et innover l’offre de Partenamut).
En tant que Data Lead, vous gérez le pôle data de l’équipe MCI et vous êtes responsable du reporting interne (sur Tableau), des plans de tagging et de la remontée des données digitales, du reporting digital (GA4, Looker) et analyse sales & marketing. La base de ce travail existe, mais maintenant nous souhaitons professionnaliser la manière dont nous travaillons et contribuer plus à la stratégie et aux plans Partenamut.
Data & Reporting :
- Vous améliorez la qualité et la pertinence des informations disponibles pour la prise de décision.
- Vous collectez et traitez les données de l’entreprise à partir de différentes sources (digitale, interne, externe, publique, etc.).
- Vous développez et mettez en place des outils de reporting et de tableaux de bord pour permettre une meilleure visualisation et analyse des données.
- Vous élaborez des indicateurs de performance pour mesurer l’efficacité de l’entreprise et formulez des recommandations d’optimisation à destination du Business.
- Vous réalisez des analyses (sur les campagnes, la performance, statistiques et prédictives…) pour anticiper les besoins et les tendances de l’entreprise et vous discutez les résultats avec les différents managers.
- Avec vos collègues (Digital Channels, Sales, Marketing..), vous monitorez la performance des différents canaux.
- Vous identifiez les points faibles de la performance et formulez des recommandations d’optimisation à destination du Business, notamment pour les départements Marketing et Sales (sales performance, campaign management…) et vous êtes activement impliqué dans le planning Sales & Marketing.
- Vous gérez votre équipe en mettant en place les processus de travail, en distribuant les tâches et en planifiant les moyens techniques, humains et financiers et vous faites grandir vos collaborateurs au travers d’une démarche de coaching et d’accompagnement.
- Vous possédez 10 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire – lié au Sales & Marketing.
- Vous avez une première expérience dans la gestion d’équipe ou possédez de bonnes compétences (mentoring, leadership, etc.) pour évoluer vers ce type de fonction.
- Vous êtes un bon communicant et êtes capable de présenter des résultats et analyses de manière claire et concise.
- Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à des environnements technologiques et organisationnels en constante évolution.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et la gestion de projets ne vous fait pas peur.
- Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise des techniques de modélisation et de prévision.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils suivants : Tableau (alternativement Power BI, QlikView), Google Analytics, Anatella (ou tout autre ETL), Hotjar, Decibel, Hello Customer (ou outil mesure de satisfaction client).
- La connaissance des langages Python et SQL ainsi que la connaissance d’outils de statistiques et de modélisation sont des plus.
