Comment faites-vous bouger Bruxelles ?
En tant que Project Manager, vous travaillez au sein du département Equipements du Service Spécial d'Etudes et plus spécifiquement dans le service très basse tension de sécurité. Vous aurez l'occasion de suivre des projets de A à Z, touchant à diverses installations pour le confort et la sécurité ainsi qu'aux réseaux de télécommunications.
En tant que Project Manager, vous devrez assurer la gestion quotidienne de projets dans les techniques de très basse tension de sécurité, depuis la phase de pré-étude jusqu'à la phase de transfert vers la production opérationnelle, dans le respect des délais fixés, ainsi que des contraintes techniques et budgétaires, afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients internes et externes.
De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?
- Vous initialisez le projet : réalisation d'une pré-analyse et de l'analyse des risques liés au projet ; identification des prestataires, interlocuteurs et experts ; définition du Project Charter et mise en place du projet.
- Vous en assurez la phase d'étude : gestion de la phase de rédaction des cahiers des charges, d'offres et de commande.
- Vous êtes garant de sa réalisation : supervision des analyses fonctionnelles et techniques et coordination des phases de développement et d'exécution, de tests et de formations.
- Vous assurez la mise en œuvre des objectifs du projet, balisé par les Q-C-D (qualité, coût, délai)
- Vous assurez sa mise en production.
- Vous gérez l'équipe dédicacée au projet : mise en place de l'équipe ; coordination des actions et de la collaboration entre les membres de l'équipe, les différentes parties prenantes et les sociétés sous-traitantes.
- Vous participez au suivi de l'évolution du marché (les besoins internes de la STIB, l'offre du marché international, les candidats fournisseurs).
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master à orientation technique (idéalement électronique, électricité ou automation).
- Bonne connaissance des techniques en automation et/ou informatique.
- Connaissance des règles de marchés publics est un atout mais pas requis.
- Vous maitrisez le français ou le néerlandais (tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit) ; vous disposez au minimum d'une connaissance passive de l'autre langue.
- Vos qualités personnelles : gestion aisée des priorités, ouverture aux changements, esprit d'initiative et autonomie, travail aisé en équipe, rigueur et structure, vue d'ensemble et capacité d'anticipation
