Heb je zin om mee te bouwen aan ons gloednieuw technisch opleidingsinstituut, dan ben jij misschien wel de training officer die we zoeken. Het opleidingsinstituut zal zich focussen op het aanleren van basis technische vaardigheden aan werknemers zonder technische achtergrond. De ideale technisch onderlegde kandidaat zal de visie van dit instituut mee vorm geven, mee trainingsprogramma's ontwikkelen en ondersteunen bij het implementeren van alle operationele aspecten. Je rapporteert hierbij rechtstreeks aan de Learning and Development manager.
Meer in het bijzonder zal je onder andere instaan voor:
- De strategische planning en uitbouw van het opleidingsinstituut
- Het opzetten en onderhouden van relaties met belangrijke stakeholders zowel intern als extern
- Een curriculum voor technische trainingsprogramma's ontwikkelen en ontwerpen,
- De uitvoering van de verschillende trainingsprogramma's overzien, en daarbij de kwaliteit bewaren.
- Efficiënte administratieve processen implementeren om de vlotte werking van het instituut te ondersteunen.
- Assisteren bij het geven van de trainingsprogramma's of workshops indien nodig.
- Trainers of experts ondersteunen bij het leveren van boeiende en effectieve leerervaringen.
- Bachelor diploma in een relevant vakgebied, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Sterke technische achtergrond in elektriciteit of aanverwante gebieden
- Je spreekt zowel Frans als Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt.
- Relevante certificeringen, aanvullende training of ervaring in opleidingsontwikkeling of volwassenenonderwijs zijn een pluspunt.
