Als Senior Expert bouw je samen met je team de expertise op over het beheer en de implementatie van nieuwe assets en de processen.
Het verwerven van de noodzakelijke technische expertise in de materie is een noodzakelijke voorwaarde voor de functie.
Het takenpakket van deze functie omvat hoofdzakelijk:
- Een goede kennis uitbouwen wat betreft het Secondary Systems domein, en meer bepaald van het sub-domein "Protection & automation".
- actieve kennis van de markt in zijn technische sector en van de andere TNB (transmissienetbeheerders).
- kennis over nieuwe technologieën/toepassingen die binnen Elia zullen ge mplementeerd worden.
- Hiërarchisch verantwoordelijk zijn voor +/-10 medewerkers. De medewerkers begeleiden teneinde steeds over de nodige bekwame en gemotiveerde personeelsleden te beschikken voor de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van het team en hen optimale ontplooiingskansen te bieden.
- Ondersteunen en adviseren van projectteams en andere diensten binnen Elia (transversaal).
- Het uitwerken van technische vereisten van het secundair gedeelte van een hoogspanningsonderstation op basis van conceptnota's, deelname aan multidisciplinaire teams voor analyse van offertes en markttoekenning.
- Het beheer van raamakkoorden, inclusief de processen tussen Elia en de leveranciers, en de receptieproeven van de uitrustingen.
- Het opstellen van technische standaarden en oplossingen op basis van conceptnota's en richtlijnen voor de toepassing in investeringsprojecten bij Elia.
- Het uitwerken en geven van technische opleidingen aan de operationele entiteiten.
- Deelname aan interne werkgroepen als expert en vertegenwoordiger van Elia.
- Je bent burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur.
- Bij voorkeur 10 jaar ervaring, waarvan 5 jaar als Expert in het beheer van de nieuwe of bestaande assets
- Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring met het aansturen van een team.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit voor elektrische techniek en bent bereid om een technische expertise verder op te bouwen en uit te dragen.
- Je zoekt pragmatische oplossingen en je bent klant- en resultaatsgericht.
- Je schrikt er niet voor terug om zelf actief op het terrein te gaan bij het uitvoeren van je taken in samenwerking met de operationele entiteiten.
- Je kunt vlot in team werken, bent communicatief aangelegd en beschikt over een goede overtuigingskracht.
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische en synthetiserende competenties zodat je een complexe materie op heldere wijze kan overbrengen (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
- Je beheert zelfstandig en proactief het vooraf overeengekomen takenpakket.
- Je kunt duidelijk en gestructureerd over de resultaten van je activiteiten rapporteren en die ook presenteren
- Je kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk uitdrukken in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Grondige kennis van MS Office is een pluspunt.
