**Environnement**:
La Banque nationale de Belgique (BNB) recherche un(e) expert(e) en Data Protection en vue de renforcer son équipe Compliance / Data Protection.

La cellule Compliance / Data Protection veille au respect des lois, des réglementations, des règles internes et des normes éthiques applicables à la BNB, et conscientise les collaborateurs aux risques pesant sur sa réputation et son intégrité.

**Fonction**:

- vous élaborez des procédures afin de transposer et de mettre en œuvre le cadre législatif et réglementaire applicable à la BNB
- vous suivez attentivement les modifications de ce cadre ainsi que les avis des autorités de protection des données, afin que ces procédures soient mises à jour sur la base des dispositions les plus récentes
- vous contrôlez le respect de ces procédures sur le terrain et vous rendez compte de vos conclusions, des éventuelles mesures à prendre et des améliorations possibles au niveau des processus afin de limiter les risques de non-compliance
- vous conseillez et assistez le business sur les sujets liés au GDPR / à la compliance
- vous vérifiez notamment la bonne tenue des registres des activités de traitement et la bonne exécution des DPIA
- vous aidez le management à établir des plans annuels et des plans d’action
- vous contribuez à sensibiliser les collaborateurs.

**Profil**:

- vous êtes titulaire d’un master, de préférence en droit
- vous connaissez la réglementation en matière de protection des données et êtes idéalement certifié DPO
- vous justifiez d’une expérience relevante en tant que DPO ou dans un département de compliance, de contrôle, ou IT
- vous travaillez de manière autonome et constructive avec diverses parties prenantes sans négliger votre indépendance
- vous êtes team player
- vous êtes capable de défendre votre point de vue et de convaincre les autres avec diplomatie
- vous avez l’esprit critique, d’excellentes capacités analytiques et un bon esprit de synthèse
- vous gérez le changement et vous vous montrez pragmatique et flexible
- vous faites preuve de discrétion, d'intégrité et du sens des responsabilités
- vous avez de bonnes capacités d'écoute et de communication
- vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais (B2) et de l’anglais (B2).
