Bij de Nationale Bank van België (NBB) zoeken we naar een Data Protection expert om het Compliance / Data Protection team te versterken.
Het team Compliance / Data Protection staat in voor het toezicht op de naleving van wetten, reglementeringen, interne regels en ethische normen binnen de NBB en zorgt ervoor dat men zich intern bewust is van reputatie
- en integriteitsrisico’s.
**Functie**:
- je zorgt voor de vertaling en de implementatie van het wet
- en regelgevend kader in procedures en beleidslijnen
- je volgt nauwgezet de wijzigingen in dit kader en de adviezen van de gegevensbeschermingsautoriteiten op en ziet erop toe dat de procedures geactualiseerd worden op basis van de meest recente bepalingen
- je toetst of het beleid en de procedures in de praktijk worden nageleefd en rapporteert op basis van je vaststellingen, mogelijke acties en procesverbeteringen teneinde de compliance risico’s te beperken
- je geeft advies en ondersteuning aan de business over compliance en GDPR gerelateerde onderwerpen
- Meer specifiek controleer je of registers van verwerkingsactiviteiten naar behoren worden bijgehouden en of DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment) correct zijn uitgevoerd
- je ondersteunt het management bij het opmaken van jaar
- en actieplannen
- je bevordert “awareness” door communicatie en opleidingen.
**Profiel**:
- je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in de rechten
- idealiter ben je DPO gecertifieerd, en heb je ervaring in een IT, compliance
- of controledepartement
- je kan zelfstandig, vlot en constructief samenwerken met diverse stakeholders zonder je onafhankelijkheid uit het oog te verliezen
- je kan je standpunt verdedigen en anderen overtuigen op een diplomatische manier
- je hebt een kritische geest, sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed synthesevermogen
- je kan goed omgaan met veranderingen en je bent pragmatisch en flexibel
- je bent discreet, integer en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin
- je hebt sterke communicatie
- en luistervaardigheden
- je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans (B2) en Engels (B2).
