Onze klant is een productiebedrijf in Lommel. Ben jij een gedreven Process Engineer met een passie voor techniek, procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteit? Dan is dit jouw kans om mee te bouwen aan toekomstgerichte productieprocessen binnen de kunststof- en automotive industrie.Als Process Engineer ben jij de technische spil tussen sales, productie en engineering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze productieprocessen technisch haalbaar, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig zijn.Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:Technische ondersteuning van Sales bij pre-salesactiviteiten en offerte-uitwerking.Ontwikkelen, testen en optimaliseren van nieuwe productieprocessen.Toepassen van FMEA, SPC en andere analysemethoden voor procesverbetering.Begeleiden van leveranciers en coördineren van technische projecten.Bijdragen aan continu verbeteren, risicobeheersing en kwaliteitsborging.Masterdiploma in (industrieel of burgerlijk) ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Kennis van kunststofproductie, spuitgietprocessen of vergelijkbare technieken.Ervaring met procesbeheersing, metingen, statistiek en kwaliteitsnormen zoals IATF 16949 en ISO 14001.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pluspunt).Analytisch, zelfstandig en gericht op continue verbetering.Een uitdagende, afwisselende functie binnen een hightech productieomgeving.Ruimte voor initiatief, innovatie en persoonlijke groei.Een aantrekkelijk verloningspakket met extralegale voordelen.De kans om impact te maken in een internationaal georiënteerde industrie.Ben jij de Process Engineer die processen naar een hoger niveau tilt?
