CTG België is voor diverse projecten in de Life Sciences sector, op zoek naar bachelors of masters in de Wetenschappen met een interesse in IT. Na een opleiding neem je de functie van Risk & Compliance Consultant op.

Om de patiëntveiligheid te garanderen, zijn er tal van regelgevingen van toepassing binnen Life Sciences. Als Risk & Compliance consultant zorg je er mee voor dat deze patiëntveiligheid en kwaliteit worden bewaakt. Onze consultants werken doorgaans op compliance projecten binnen IT, maar worden evengoed ingezet bij andere departementen en/of in een operationele rol. De combinatie van wetenschappelijke kennis en interesse/ervaring in IT en automatisatie binnen de Life Sciences sector, vormt dan ook het unieke karakter van onze consultants en unit.

Je carrière bij CTG start met een opleiding. Het specifieke traject is afhankelijk van het project en je reeds opgebouwde werkervaring.


Als Risk & Compliance Consultant begeleid en ondersteun je onze klanten bij IT-compliance en kwaliteitsgerichte activiteiten. Je bent actief betrokken bij de uitvoering van Computer Systeem Validatie (CSV), QA/QC of IT-gerelateerde compliance projecten. Je stelt kwalitatief hoogstaande documentatie op. Daarnaast werk je procedures uit en bied je ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers.

Je participeert in risicoanalyses en geeft input vanuit je expertise m.b.t. validatie, compliance en kwaliteit.


Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de wetenschappen ((bio)chemie, biotechnologie, farmacie, biomedische wetenschappen, biomedische laboratoriumtechnologie, bio-ingenieur), hebt affiniteit met IT en kan vlot overweg met MS Office.

Je bent communicatief en schrijft vlot in het Engels en Nederlands. Je past je snel aan een nieuwe werkomgeving en een veranderend takenpakket aan. Je documenteert nauwgezet en grondig en voert deze taak met plezier uit. Je bent analytisch en organisatorisch sterk en zoekt graag naar oplossingen voor problemen. Je bent een teamplayer die ook goed zelfstandig kan werken.

Als consultant werk je meestal ter plaatse bij onze klant, daarom is een (voorlopig) rijbewijs hiervoor van belang.
