For one of our clients, we are looking for an Accountant with a good level of English for an innovative scale up in Avenue Louise Brussels. Our client is a fast-growing, international fintech company at the forefront of digital asset markets. As part of our continued growth, we're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support our finance team—particularly in managing and optimizing supplier-related accounting processes.If you're looking to join a high-impact company with a global reach and a mission to reshape modern finance, we'd love to hear from you.Accurately process, review, and record vendor invoices system in a timely manner, ensuring correct coding and compliance with accounting standards.Review and validate employee expense reports for adherence to internal policies, proactively resolving discrepancies, missing documentation, or approval issues.Act as a primary point of contact for invoice- and payment-related inquiries, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.Maintain and regularly review supplier master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness of supporting documentation, and a robust audit trail.Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable, including accruals, cut-off procedures, and variance analysis.Perform periodic reconciliations of vendor statements, and corresponding general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving reconciling items to ensure data integrity.Bachelor's in accounting Minimum 3 years of experience in GL AccountingYou have an excellent level in French and EnglishExcellent knowledge of BE GAAPYou are rigorous, like to work autonomously and open to work in an international environment with multiple culturesCompetitive salary: The budget is open for discussion and will be aligned with current market standards based on your experience and profile.Yearly remuneration: Includes 13.92 months of salary (annual bonus and holiday pay included).Monthly net allowance: €8 per day in meal vouchers.Company car: Option for a company carHealthcare coverage: Comprehensive hospitalization insurance is included.Pension plan: Group insurance providing additional retirement benefits.Cafeteria plan: Flexible benefits system allowing you to tailor perks (e.g., electronics, extra leave, mobility options) to your preferences.Remote work flexibility: Teleworking is possible.
