We willen als publieke dienstverlener een sleutelrol spelen op het vlak van mobiliteit en zo een essentiële schakel vormen op sociaaleconomisch gebied. Iedereen heeft elke dag recht op en nood aan mobiliteit: om naar het werk of naar school te gaan of in de vrije tijd. We willen alle klanten een veilige, betrouwbare en duurzame mobiliteit aanreiken, van deur tot deur, en waarbij onze treinen een centrale plaats innemen als vervoermiddel bij uitstek voor grote groepen reizigers tussen grote centra en in voorstadsgebied en ook ter ontsluiting van meer landelijke gebieden.
Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?
Je werkt voor de dienst « Industrial Engineering » die deel uitmaakt van de centrale diensten van NMBS Technics. Deze dienst heeft volgende opdrachten:
- Beheer van projecten met betrekking tot de verbetering van onderhoudsprocessen van rollend materieel.
- Industrialisatie van onderhoudsmethoden voor nieuwe types treinen.
- Opstellen en optimaliseren van werkinstructies voor preventief onderhoud.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
Als ‘Method Improvement Specialist' sta je in voor werkinstructies te schrijven die in overeenstemming zijn met de onderhoudsvereisten en de werkomgeving van de technische werkplaatsen.
Uiteindelijk krijg je ook de mogelijkheid om procesgerichte verbeteringsprojecten te beheren.
- Als change agent coördineer en schrijf je werkinstructies met de ondersteuning van mensen op de vloer (in de werkplaats).
- Je werkt op basis van de technische volumes en fiches.
- Je stelt verbeteringen voor, verwijdert blokkeerpunten en afwijkingen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's met een veldgerichte aanpak en u ook bent resultaatgericht.

Toegangsvoorwaarden:
- Je hebt een diploma van Burgerlijk of Industrieel ingenieur en een eerste relevante ervaring (bij voorkeur methode-ervaring) in een industriële omgeving.
- Indien je geen van deze diploma's hebt kan je deelnemen als je voldoende relevante (methode-)ervaring in een industriele omgeving hebt.

Technische competenties
- Je kan instructies duidelijk verwoorden
- Je beheerst EXCEL en WORD
- Kennis van XML / DITA-architectuur is een pluspunt
- Je hebt kennis van begrippen als kwaliteitsbeheer en projectbeheer.
- Je kent de basisprincipes van continue verbetering.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal of je hebt een elementaire kennen en bent bereid je kennis te ontwikkelen.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de belangrijkste principes van mechanica / elektro

Waar ga je werken?
De werkzetel is Brussel, maar u verplaatst zich regelmatig naar de werkplaatsen overal in het land. (1 tot 2 op verplaatsing/week)
