The client is looking for Brand Manager - FMCG - Non Food Sector to join his team in Brussels

The Brand Manager - FMCG - Non Food Sector will have the following responsibilities :

  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out data for the brands and market trends
  • Track new product performance and competitive activity (new products, promotions, media)
  • Oversee tools and materials to support marketing and sales
  • Coordinate planning, logistics, and yearly marketing plans/trade presentations
  • Develop advertising and consumer activation plans
  • Manage new product launches
  • Prepare and present category/country reviews to local and international stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing Manager on yearly budget preparation
  • Define pricing models, track cost of sales, and oversee P&L performance


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing or Category Management
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a knack for accuracy
  • Proficient in data analysis, including Nielsen data (or similar tools)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and problem-solving abilities
