Vanbreda Risk & Benefits is als, onafhankelijke verzekeringsmakelaar en risicoconscultant, voortrekker op het vlak van Emplyee Benefits en de daarbij horende Health Care plannen. Om die ingeslagen weg verder uit te bouwen, zoeken we een Product Developer.
Als Product Developer Health Care ben je specialist en verstrek je professioneel advies op inhoudelijk en technisch vlak aan onze Account Managers en Consultants Health Care.
- Je zorgt, samen met je collega's, voor het uitwerken van nieuwe producten en dienstverleningen. Daarnaast optimaliseer je onze bestaande producten en diensten, met oog voor klantentevredenheid, rentabiliteit en nieuwe digitale toepassingen.
- Je volgt de evoluties in de markt, in het productaanbod en in de wetgeving.
- Je werkt, daar waar nodig in overleg met (her)verzekeraars, tarificaties op maat uit en bewaakt de rentabiliteit van onze Health Care plannen.
- Je staat in voor de conceptuele uitwerking van tarificatiemodellen, rapporteringen en statistieken, het documenteren ervan en het uitvoeren van de vereiste controles.
- Als projectleider organiseer je en coördineer je ad hoc projecten binnen ons vakdomein en zorg je voor de uitwerking van de nodige commerciële documenten.
- Je staat mee in voor de opleiding van en kennisspreiding richting onze collega's.
- Je creëert content op basis van cijfers en inzichten om Vanbreda relevant te houden als kennisexpert in de markt
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de verzekeringsmaatschappij die deel uitmaakt van de groep Vanbreda bij herverzekeraars en de controleautoriteiten.
- Je hebt een master diploma op zak en ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Kennis van verzekeringen of affiniteit met de materie van Employee Benefits is een pluspunt.
- Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig sterk en zorgt voor kwalitatieve rapportage.
- Je hebt de nodige project management capaciteiten om ad hoc projecten zelfstandig te organiseren en coördineren.
- Je hebt oog voor detail, je bent kwaliteitsgericht en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent communicatief en slaagt erin een technische materie begrijpelijk over te brengen aan specialisten en niet-specialisten.
- Je denkt conceptueel en werkt proactief, creatief en probleemoplossend.
- Je hebt een vlotte gesproken en geschreven kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
