Als gemotiveerde Productie Manager creëer jij een positieve impact door jouw hands-on en people-oriented manier van aansturen. Vanuit jouw operationele expertise en goede connectie met de vloer draag jij bij aan de strategische besluitvorming.
Als Productie Manager speel jij een cruciale rol in het coördineren en optimaliseren van de verschillende productieprocessen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt leiden van alle dagelijkse productieactiviteiten en speelt een sleutelrol in de voortdurende verbetering van de operaties. Hierbij werk jij nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om te zorgen voor een soepele doorstroom van informatie en waarborgt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie op de werkvloer. Met een team van 35 FTE onder jouw leiding, zorg je voor een positieve en motiverende werkomgeving waarin groei, ontwikkeling en samenwerking centraal staan. Jij zal rapporteren aan de Plant Manager en deel uitmaken van het managementteam, waarin jij adviseert in het nemen van strategische beslissingen op basis van jouw expertise.

- Overzien van alle productieactiviteiten.
- Formuleren en uitwerken van verbetervoorstellen met oog op optimalisaties.
- Initiëren en implementeren van verschillende projecten.
- Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van jouw team.
- Bepalen van opleidingsnoden en het creëren van opleidingsmogelijkheden.
- Beheren van de personeelsplanning en de capaciteitsplanning.
- Samenwerking met interne stakeholders en afdelingen, waaronder maintenance.
- Rapporten aan de Plant Manager.
- Je bent in het bezit van een master of bachelor diploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je beschikt over een degelijke ervaring als leidinggevende in een productiecontext.
- Idealiter beschik je ook over een technische achtergrond.
- Als geboren people manager heb je een sterke mensgerichte ingesteldheid.
- Je bent proactief, ondernemend en analytisch.
- Door jouw hands-on aanpak creëer je een sterke voeling met de productierealiteit.
- Ervaring in de voedingssector is een absolute troef.
