Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een voltijdse of 4/5de customer service coördinator voor een klant actief in de voedingssector. Het bedrijf is gelegen in Haren. Het gaat om een uitzendopdracht met zicht op vast contract. Een rechtstreeks vast contract is bespreekbaar.
Onze klant is een Belgische KMO die internationaal actief is. Je komt terecht in een klein, familiaal team. Het bedrijf is vlot bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer (zowel trein als bus) en er is ook voldoende parking. Er zijn glijdende uren en na de opleiding kan je twee dagen per week van thuis werken.
Functieomschrijving:
* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke coördinatie van het transportproces
* Je verwerkt de inkomende orders in het systeem
* Je volgt de bestelling en de levering op
* Je maakt leverbonnen op
* Je coördineert de levering met de logistieke partner
* Je beheert de stock
* Je woont vergaderingen bij en geeft in put
* Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en leveranciers
* Je volgt klachtenbehandeling op
* Je biedt ad hoc administratieve ondersteuning
* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het klassement van de bestellingen
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie als customer service coördinator zijn:
* Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
* Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
* Je neemt graag de dingen in handen
* Je wil graag werken in een KMO-omgeving
* Je houdt van klantencontact
