Onze digital sales teams zijn verantwoordelijk voor de digitale en leadgedreven verkopen van onze bank- en verzekeringsproducten, én voor de verkopen in onze Ecosystemen Housing & Mobility (zonnepanelen, tickets openbaar vervoer, enz…). Elk van onze 8 digital sales teams, heeft een duidelijk afgebakende scope met ambitieuze KPI’s. Functieomschrijving Als Data Marketeer vertaal je binnen het team je data-inzichten naar gerichte marketingacties en campagnes. Je zorgt voor segmentatie, targeting en automatisering van customer journeys. Je werkt nauw samen met performance marketeers, AI-specialisten en business leads. Samen bouw je aan een datagedreven marketingstrategie die écht het verschil maakt voor onze klanten.Als Data Marketeer ben jij de spil tussen data-analyse en marketingcreativiteit. Je werkt met tools zoals Adobe Campaign, Jupyter Notebooks en QlikSense om de digitale marketing van KBC naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je inzicht in de customer journeys van onze klanten en hoe je marketing automation op een zinvolle manier inzet, helpen je zo om voor een persoonlijke klantervaring te zorgen. Profiel Data boeit je mateloos. En dan vooral de inzichten die je eruit kan halen. Je hebt de leergierigheid, technische skills en digital savviness om je onze tools en processen snel eigen te maken. En verder te optimaliseren. Waar nodig wordt je vanzelfsprekend ondersteund door een coach.Je hebt een masterdiploma behaald, bij voorkeur in een ingenieursrichting of informatica.Je bent vertrouwd met Python, Jupyter Notebooks en je wil je verdiepen in Adobe Campaign. Onze focus ligt op software engineering en data analyses met behulp van Python (Pyspark, Pandas,…) en visualisaties met behulp van Mathplotlib.Je voelt je thuis in een marketingomgeving, tussen collega’s die - net als jij - creatief, ambitieus en energiek zijn. Je werkt graag samen met anderen om doelen te bereiken. Je helpt je collega’s en zij helpen jou als dat een keer nodig zou zijn, je bent dus een echte teamplayer. De verantwoordelijkheid in je job motiveert je om kwaliteit voorop te stellen, de communicatie met je stakeholders netjes te verzorgen en releases nauwgezet op te volgen.Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
